Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Accepting accommodation by telephone, e-mail or in writing means you have entered into a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason earlier than 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let your booking and reimburse your 50% deposit less a £5 administration charge.

If you cancel your booking, and it is not 4 weeks prior, we will still make every effort to re-let your room, however if we are unable to do so, you forfeit your entire deposit.

A word of advice, don't book at a B&B until you are absolutely sure of your travel plans and dates.
