Note: Check-in is after 5 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. Breakfast is served between 8-10 a.m. There is some flexibility by prior arrangement upon booking.
Transportation
Glastonbury can be easy to get to but is always hard to leave. You will just want to stay longer, as it will feel like you just arrived! Below we list some of your transport options, whether your preference is plane, train, bus, taxi, or car.
Airports
Heathrow Airport - LHR, west of London
To The Summerlands B&B by car it is 118.5 miles and 2hr 28 mins.
There is train service to both Bristol and Castle Cary and coach service to Bristol and Glastonbury. See the sections below for methods of transport from Bristol and Castle Cary to Glastonbury.
Gatwick Airport - LGW, south of London
To The Summerlands B&B by car it is 140.4 miles and 2hr 41mins.

Bristol International Airport - BRS, Bristol

Coach and Bus
There is daily coach service from Heathrow, Gatwick, and London to Glastonbury. Regular bus service connects Glastonbury to Bristol, Wells and Yeovil via service 376. There is also bus service to Bath and Taunton.
Coaches and busses drop-off and pickup in front of town hall. It is then only a short 10-15min walk to The Summerlands B&B. The Summerlands can provide pickup service with advance notice for a small charge.
Train
Trains run from London Paddington to Bristol and Castle Cary. There is bus service from Bristol to Glastonbury. From Castle Cary you will need a taxi or the B&B can arrange to pick you up with advance notice for an extra charge. If depending on taxis, it is advisable to book in advance - see below.
Car
From London take the M3 to the A303 and then to the A36 and A362 and finally the A361.
From the Midlands take the M40 and A34 to the A303 and then to the A36 and A362 and finally the A361.
From the North West and Wales take the M6, M5 and/or the M4 to the A39 and then the A361.
From the West Country take the A37 or the A361.
Coming from the East: Follow the A361 as you enter town. You will be on Chilkwell St and pass the Chalice Well on your right. At a small roundabout turn left onto Bere Ln, follow that 'til you reach a sharp right hand bend. At the bend turn left onto Butleigh Rd. Then follow the final directions below.
Coming from the West: Follow the A39 until you reach a big roundabout with B&Q on your left. Turn right at the third exit, onto Street Rd, A361. Follow 'til you reach a small roundabout then turn right on to Fisher's Hill, still the A361. At the top of this small hill there is a sharp left hand bend to the road. Do not follow the round to the left, but go straight over onto Butleigh Rd. Then follow the final directions below.
Final directions: From Butleigh Rd, almost immediately you will need to turn right onto Tor View Ave. Then follow Tor View Ave to the end where you will reach a very small roundabout. Head straight over onto The Roman Way. The Summerlands B&B is number 9 The Roman Way. Go slowly. As you drive over the road hump you will see us on your left. Pull into one of our off road parking spots.
